Initial Complimentary Consultations (30 minutes)

This is our opportunity to meet with you and for us both to decide if we are the correct fit for you. We work very closely and personally with you over a long period of time and it is important that we get along well. This consultation will involve a brief talk about your wedding, where you will tell us some of the ideas that you have for your special day. After this consultation you can decide if we are the planners for you and we will arrange to formalise your contract and welcome you on board. This meeting can take place in our office in Marbella or at one of the special events that we will arrange in Ireland and the UK during the year.

Standard Services

  All of our wedding planning packages offer the following items:

• Wedding design and theme
• Wedding dress advice
• Dress suit advice for gents
• Wording and liaising with printer for save the dates and invitations
• Ceremony and wedding venue referrals
• Supplier recommendations for all categories including flowers, cakes, photographers, videographers, decoration suppliers, wedding cars
• Entertainment advice and coordination
• Itinerary and timeline recommendations
• Managing supplier appointments
• Style and beauty consultation
• Assistance with organisation of rehearsal dinner/BBQ, and any other activities in the locality
• Booking accommodation and transport
• Wedding day coordination of all items and assistance with directing guests to transport and assisting photographer with gathering groups for pre arranged photos

We have three levels of service available and after your consultation we will advise which we think is the most suitable service for your wedding. Our prices start at €850. Prices are fixed and not based on percentages of suppliers.
